On June 26, Astons welcomed Cyprus residents to an exclusive event at the Parklane Hotel in Limassol focused on international mobility and long-term family planning solutions. The discussion centred on the Greek Golden Visa through real estate investment, as well as alternative residency and citizenship programs.
The event featured a presentation by Igor Nemtsov, Astons’ immigration expert and Director of the Dubai office, who explored practical strategies for building an additional Plan B for the family, securing access to the Schengen Area through the Greek Golden Visa, and broadening international opportunities beyond those already provided by Cypriot residence status.

A highlight of the evening was the presentation delivered by Nasos Fousias, Director of Astons’ Athens office. Guests were introduced to a selection of exclusive investment properties unavailable on the open market. Rather than reviewing standard publicly listed options, participants explored carefully curated opportunities designed to match different investment goals, budgets, and personal circumstances.

The event concluded with one-to-one consultations, giving attendees the opportunity to discuss their individual situations, receive tailored guidance, and explore potential investment strategies in greater detail.
We would like to thank everyone who joined us, contributed to the discussion, and shared their personal stories. The strong engagement confirmed the growing demand for in-person events in Cyprus, and Astons looks forward to continuing this tradition with new offline events this autumn.
